David Goldbas is a graduate of Columbia University (BA 1981) and the University of Miami School of Law (JD 1985), and has been practicing law in New York since 1989. From 1995 to 1999, David worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Oneida County handling criminal prosecutions and appeals. David serves on the Board of Directors of the Sitrin Health Care Center, Inc., and its affiliated companies. He is also an officer of the Mohawk Valley Boxing Association and participates in Utica's annual Martin Luther King Day Committee.
David's practice concentrates on commercial law, bankruptcy, real estate, divorce and immigration. Representative clients include Sierson Crane, Inc, and its affiliated companies; Cornhill Fish and Game Club, Inc., and Kislyak Trucking. David has also represented numerous automobile dealers and auto dismantlers.
Mr. Goldbas is admitted in all New York State courts and in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is a member of the Oneida County Bar Association and is also admitted to practice in US Immigration Court (EOIR).
